In this series, I have been exploring society’s expectations, and maintaining the status quo.

‘Art Is For Losers’... or so my parents said. My application to art school, instead of the law degree that they advocated for, was my final act of parental defiance. The result was a lifelong career which has bought me great joy. Most importantly it has highlighted to me the invaluable contribution that art provides to society. It historically inspires and provides the opportunity to instigate meaningful conversation. It weaves the very fabric of humanity. We are foolish to ignore the impact that art has on humanity.
